  20. sweetbreads and Linzer tortes, were BEN & JERRY, the culinary
  21. whizzes behind Chunky Monkey and Cherry Garcia. "Hey, the
  22. ice-cream maker's art is special too," joked Ben. True, but this
  23. year's James Beard Awards (read, cooking's Oscars) recognized
  24. the hippie entrepreneurs for running a socially responsible
  25. business. They were named Humanitarians of the Year.
